I would like to join EMS Empty I would like to join EMS

Hello my name is Mr Chow and I want to join EMS,I'm fairly new and my levels are 6/4/3/9 and I am UIT,I can pretty much dock at any station and am trying to be a medic.I am also neutral to the 3 major factions.
